A: Due to the natural formation of basalt boulders, the standard maximum block size limits finished panels to approximately 1200mm x 600mm. For dimensions exceeding this, material availability depends on the specific quarry block extraction at the time of order.
 
Q: What are your dimensional tolerances for calibrated basalt tiles?
A: For standard commercial orders, our cutting tolerance is +/- 1mm for thickness and +/- 1mm for length/width on calibrated tiles. Tighter tolerances can be accommodated for specialized mechanical dry-hang facade projects upon request.
 
Q: Do your basalt products contain large pores or "cat paws"?
A: Basalt is inherently a volcanic rock, and micro-pores are natural. However, as a dedicated manufacturer, we strictly sort our raw blocks. We offer different grades: micro-hole (premium, almost solid), medium-hole, and large-hole (often used for acoustic cladding). You must specify your required grade during the inquiry stage.
 
Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: To optimize shipping logistics and pricing, our standard MOQ is one 20ft full container load (FCL). Consolidating different sizes or surface finishes within the same container is permitted.
