Small 10×10cm color swatches are free, you only cover DHL shipping cost. Larger finished samples need material charge, which will be fully refunded once you place bulk orders.

Full 20GP container is standard MOQ, mixed stone products are acceptable. We also support small LCL shipments for trial orders with extra packaging cost.

All stone goods use fumigated solid wooden crates with foam padding. We calculate container load reasonably to reduce collision damage. Breakage compensation policy is covered in sales 

In-stock slabs take 7-10 days; customized cut-to-size tiles & stone planters take 15-20 days, depending on order volume. We confirm exact schedule on Proforma Invoice.

Standard T/T: 50% deposit to start production, balance against copy of Bill of Lading. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also available for large engineering orders.

We offer FOB Xiamen price, including production, wooden packing and local port handling. Sea freight and destination import tax will be calculated separately upon request
