We utilize advanced SACMI pressing machines (up to 30,000 tons of pressure) to compact the raw mixture of clay, feldspar, and silica. The pressed materials are then fired in extended roller kilns at temperatures exceeding 1280°C (2336°F). This continuous high-heat vitrification process ensures the structural matrix of the porcelain is virtually non-porous.
