Technical Specifications & Buying Guide
Selecting the correct porcelain tile material depends on structural load requirements and traffic volume. We manufacture three primary categories of porcelain tile products, each engineered for specific stress profiles and installation environments.
| Product Category | Standard Thickness | Water Absorption | Flexural Strength | Primary Applications |
| Large Format Slabs | 6mm, 9mm, 12mm | < 0.05% | > 40 N/mm² | Countertops, Wall Cladding, Facades |
| Interior Floor Tiles | 9mm, 10mm | < 0.1% | > 35 N/mm² | Commercial lobbies, Residential floors |
| Heavy-Duty Pavers | 20mm, 30mm | < 0.05% | > 50 N/mm² | Driveways, Patios, High-traffic exteriors |

Industrial Production Process & Material Physics

To achieve the modulus of rupture required for heavy commercial use, our manufacturing process relies on strictly controlled thermal and mechanical physics.
We utilize advanced SACMI pressing machines (up to 30,000 tons of pressure) to compact the raw mixture of clay, feldspar, and silica. The pressed materials are then fired in extended roller kilns at temperatures exceeding 1280°C (2336°F). This continuous high-heat vitrification process ensures the structural matrix of the porcelain is virtually non-porous. For projects requiring exact pattern replication, we use 1200 dpi multi-channel digital inkjet technology to achieve photorealistic mineral vein structures without sacrificing surface durability.
