Epoxy Resin Filling: For interior applications, our factory utilizes UV-resistant, industrial-grade epoxy resins that match the natural color variation of the stone. This process ensures the filler does not shrink, crack, or yellow over time, providing a smooth surface for polished or honed finishes.

Calibration and Gauging: All finished slabs and tiles run through multi-head calibration lines, ensuring a flat back surface and strict uniform thickness, which significantly reduces mortar usage and installation time on the job site.

Q: Are your unfilled travertine pavers suitable for freeze-thaw environments? A: Yes. For climates experiencing freeze-thaw cycles, we recommend our high-density, unfilled and tumbled travertine pavers (minimum 30mm thickness). The unfilled voids allow for the natural expansion of freezing moisture without causing the structural spalling associated with rigidly filled stones.
