Micro-Dosing & Color Control: Iron oxide pigments and aggregates are weighed using computerized micro-dosing scales, maintaining batch-to-batch color variance within ΔE<1.0.

Vacuum Hydraulic Pressing: The cementitious slurry is poured into block molds under a strict vacuum environment (<10 mbar). Hydraulic presses apply over 2,000 metric tons of pressure combined with high-frequency vibration to eliminate internal air voids entirely.

Controlled Curing Chamber: Pressed blocks are stored in humidity-controlled chambers for 28 days to ensure complete cement hydration, ensuring maximum compressive strength before the gang-saw cutting phase.

Bypassing trading companies and working directly with a source factory ensures strict adherence to technical drawings, better cost control, and reliable delivery schedules for large-scale developments.

• High-Volume Production Capacity: Operating 4 continuous vacuum-pressing lines and multiple automated calibrating/polishing machines, our factory maintains a stable output of over 50,000M2 (approx. 25-30 containers) per month.

• Strict Quality Control (QC): We enforce a mandatory 100% dry-lay inspection protocol for all cut-to-size orders. Tiles are laid out on the factory floor to verify edge continuity, thickness tolerances , and aggregate distribution before crating.
