Q1: How do I obtain samples?
A: For samples we only charge for the courier cost of the samples which can be sent by DHL, UPS, TNT or Fedex. The rate will be calculated based on your address and the number of samples you order. We can return this courier cost if you order above two containers. Payment can be made by western Union or Wire Transfer(T.T)
Q2: What's your production lead time?
A: The normal lead time is around 3 weeks for one 20' GP. Faster lead time is available upon confirmation.
Q3: How to confirm the Product Quality before delivery?
A: You can check the quality before delivery according vedio on-live QC, Third-part QC or our QC Dept.
Q4: What's your MOQ?
A: For Slabs & Tiles, usually is 50 m2.
B: Other items depends, such as tombstones can be MOQ 1 Set, Baluster 10 pieces etc.
