A: Our headquarters is located in Xiamen, Fujian Province, factory in Shuitou, also with many cooperated factories around the domestic.

A: Normally Xiamen Port, Tianjin Port, Wuzhou Port, Mawei Port.

3) Q: How is your packing?
A: Normally we pack our stone with fumigated wooden boxes (foam and plastic film inside) with plastic tapes on 6 sides, further strengthened with the iron sheet in the corner. Individual carton packing or customized packing is available.

4) Q: What's your sample policy and sample lead time?
A: Small samples are free. Even the courier fee will be refunded after you place the order. The lead time for a small sample is 1~3 days.

5) Q: How to maintain the marble floor?

Marble tile floors add timeless elegance to any room. When cared for properly, they can last well beyond your lifetime. Here is how to best care for your marble tile floors.

Dust storm. Regular removal of gravel and dirt from the floor is the key to protecting the floor. Use a soft natural dust mop instead of a chemical-treated mat to remove dirt from the day. After each use must clean the dust mop, lest next time reapplies the dirt.

Use mats and carpets. In high traffic areas and entry points, use area carpets or runners and wipe your feet before entering. This helps prevent small stones and other pieces from scratching your beautiful marble tile floor. Make sure the carpet has an anti-slip liner to ensure safety.

Vacuum cleaner warning. if you want to use a vacuum cleaner on the marble floor, please make sure to use only brush accessories, not plastic or metal accessories. It is recommended not to use an upright vacuum on the marble floor, as the wheels and other parts will damage the finish.

Just spit it out. spills are inevitable, not a disaster, as long as they are quickly erased. Do not wipe the spill as it will spread the liquid to other areas. Once smeared, rinse the area with mild plate soap and water. Wipe clean to remove the solution and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
