G684 Black Granite Coping For Pools Paving Tiles
Chinese Black Granite G684 Coping Tiles for Pool or SPA Paving, Rebated Square Edges, with One long side, integrated molding，60mm+80mm Thickness, as below photo shows. As the poolside need dry and anti-slip treatments, that requires any stone tiles should have no glossed surface, most of the clients require a flamed surface, or honed surface, in order to prevent the user from slipping after playing in the swimming pool， and some clients prefer special anti-slip surface for their pools, like antique surface, flamed+brush, Such surface treatment can prevent the soles of feet from being damaged by the rough surface of stones and also play a role in anti-skid
Pool coping tile is a material that is installed to finish the top edge of the pool. Pre-cast concrete with a bull-nose or rebated square front edge has been the standard pool coping for many years. Do Pools Need Coping?
Not all pools need coping, but if you have an inground pool of any kind, chances are you do. This is especially true with concrete pools because coping serves as the edge around them. Otherwise, you’re left with an exposed bond beam.
Like we said earlier, though, coping’s purpose isn’t purely aesthetic. The main purpose is to seal off the edge of the pool where water could get behind the shell and damage it from underneath.
With coping in place, water splashed out of the pool will flow away from the pool and through the deck drainage. This is assuming that it’s installed properly, tilted slightly away from the water.
