Stone processing sandblasting and dust-free process

The steel grit is placed in a high-pressure container and sprayed out through a nozzle to hit the marks formed on the surface of the stone to obtain the required pattern or rough surface. This is the dust-free sandblasting of the stone. The most important thing about this process is to use a dust-free sandblasting machine. The difference between it and the sandblasting machine used for large-area stone blasting boards is that it has a greater sandblasting force, and can even spray the uneven height of 5 ~8mm patterns, used to spray fonts, patterns, and artistic paintings are very novel and unique. The general sandblasting machine only needs to reach the rough surface. In addition, the dust-free technology uses vacuum to immediately recover the sand and dust, which has a good protective effect on the operator and the environment. The operation process is as follows:

  (1) Choose sandblasting machine and steel grit. See the table below for optional technical indicators.

  (2) When using, first cover the stone with the finished transparent template, and then the size of the sandblasted transparent template and the finished product after processing should be 1:1. The transparent template is made of reinforced rubber or high-strength resin, and then laser cut and formed. If you want to make positive (convex) characters (patterns), you must keep the characters in the transparent template; if you want to make the characters (patterns) into concave (yin) characters, you must dig out the characters or patterns.
