Case three: the workers do not use the method of cementing the back of the stone, but directly pour the cement on the ground, wipe it flat through the scraper, and then compress the stone.When cement is poured on the ground, it will break up the base layer, resulting in uneven distribution, and eventually make the adhesive force uneven, forming empty drum.

Pavement health period is not enough

After pavement, all kinds of bonding materials are still in the period of solidification, they are eager to cross construction, or put into use in advance, stone is easy to loose, forming empty drum.

Note:

The hollow drum is going to expand.Through the action of external forces, such as trampling, the plate will move, the surrounding plate is also squeezed loose, forming a large area of empty drum.And strong stress action, will also cause stone degumming, fracture, etc.Moreover, if the ground with a large shear is encountered, the grinder will vibrate violently, and the stone will be broken in a large area, which is very difficult to deal with as mentioned at the beginning.

If the warping Angle of the plate is not serious, and the area of the empty drum is not large, that is, the plate and the base surface have a strong bond, it is recommended to use relatively economic remedial measures: the empty drum perfusion organic glue to repair the empty drum, in order to increase the adhesion and stability of the ground and the base.
