We all know that the power of the water jet comes from the oil pump, and the oil pump has strict requirements on the viscosity of the hydraulic oil. Generally speaking, water jets should use anti-wear oil in winter. But as soon as the waterjet is turned on, it is basically necessary to contact the operation, and the temperature rises quickly. The following measures can be taken to keep the water jet warm:
1. Put on a "padded jacket" for the pump;
2. "Bake" the machine before turning it on coldly every day until there is water droplets at the end of the high-pressure pipe;
3. At the end of processing every day, remove the cutting head and store it in antifreeze;
4. Turn off the water supply of the water pump and start the oil pump to empty the water in the high-pressure cylinder, accumulator and high-pressure pipeline as much as possible;
5. The machine needs to be warmed up in advance before starting up every day, do not use it directly.
