The translucent artificial marble, according to the mass ratio, the raw material is 5-100 mesh white diamond crystal or rosin jade powder sand is 500-700, ultra-fine calcium carbonate powder is 30-180, and transparent unsaturated polyester resin is 58-150 , The initiator is 0.9 1.8, the accelerator is 0.06-0.08, the pigment is 0.01-1.5, and the transparent nano-SiOz~ material is 30-50.
Ultra-fine calcium carbonate powder is calcium carbonate powder above 1250 mesh, transparent unsaturated polyester resin uses crystal resin, initiator uses ketone initiator, accelerator uses cobalt accelerator, and pigment uses titanium dioxide, iron yellow, etc.
The manufacturing steps of translucent artificial marble are as follows:

4. Add transparent nano SiO material to the mixture C, stir, and pour the material into the mold after vacuuming;
5. Place the injection mold into the vacuum chamber, oscillate and apply pressure, and form;
6, demoulding after curing, curing time ≥ hours, curing for 6 days after demolding:
7. According to specifications, cut, polish and finish the demoulded base material to obtain light-transmitting artificial marble.
