Processing procedure of marble composite board

First select marketable high-grade marble varieties, and purchase specifications for 610*610mm blank tile (that is, the surface has not been polished shaft of the tile).



1. Saw cutting wool board: The marble waste material is processed into a 14mm thick, 610*610mm specification wool board on a two-way cutting machine, and then let dry.


2. Bonding: lay the blank tile flat, face up, and at the same time on the surface of the blank tile and marble board coated with a prepared adhesive, adhesive to be evenly and thin, even is on the board should be coated to uniform and can not leave holes, otherwise it will affect the strength of the plate, and easy to fracture when grinding;Thin is suitable for adhesive needs, just right, thick will cause waste and increase the thickness of the plate.Then one side of the coated adhesive wool board is aligned on the blank tile coated with adhesive face down.And then again at the same time in the marble plate MAO above and the other a piece of blank tile positive coated with a layer of thin and uniform adhesive, and then put another piece of the blank tile or coated with bonding agent side in marble board, MAO top pressure (or heavy objects, like a box of 10 pieces of 305 * 305 mm plate pressure above), after more than ten hours after the consolidation, namely become up and down for blank tile in the middle is a layer of marble composite plate.


3. On the profile: the upper and lower blank tile is the middle of the marble of the composite wool board installed in the horizontal profile machine, on the profile for two sides of the blank tile and the other side of the marble composite wool board.


4. Thickness control: because marble composite board is composed of marble, adhesive and blank tile, it is hard to avoid differences in thickness.Therefore, thickness must be controlled.The marble side of the marble composite wool board is facing up, and the thickness is controlled by the machine to reach the same thickness.


5. Grinding and polishing: through the control of the thickness of the marble composite wool board marble and the use of ten continuous grinding and throwing, become a high gloss of the marble composite wool board.


6. Cutting and chamfering: After grinding and throwing, the marble composite board is cut into 600mm composite board by cutting machine, and then the chamfered four edges become the finished marble composite board.The finished marble composite board after processing is 13mm thick, the marble thickness on the composite board is only 2 ~ 3mm.The finished marble composite board packaging, box can be sold.
