On the continuous repair rubber conveyor belt, you can also set a scraper to facilitate even repair. The upper and the next plates should be separated by paper to prevent the plates from sticking. After repairing for 2 to 4 hours, the glue begins to solidify. At this time, you can shovel the board surface. The best time is to shovel before curing. If conditions permit, you can also increase the heating device, hot air blower, etc. to shorten the curing time. In recent years, some countries have also developed equipment dedicated to repairing stone glue, which saves a lot of man-made labor and is worth promoting.
The repair glue prepared with 307 unsaturated resin, curing agent, accelerator, toner or barite powder, rough powder is used to repair granite pits, holes, and cracks. If it is used to repair the through-hole of the board, it is necessary to put paper on one side of the stone surface, use this side as the base surface to fill and fill up with reverse glue, and then put paper on the other side, and finally fill both sides with paper. After the glue is cured, the repair effect will be better after grinding.
