Operation points

①. The slit should not be too large, and the thickness of the slit should not exceed 0.3, otherwise it will be difficult to achieve the seamless effect specified by the national standard.

②. After opening the seam with the cutting blade, the marble and granite must be cleaned up on both sides of the seam with a brand new art blade, otherwise there will be black seams after the construction.

③. The ratio of seamless glue and curing agent must be moderate and evenly prepared, otherwise, the seamless glue will not dry, and the construction will show a half seam.

④. When filling the seamless glue, it can only be pulled back once. Pulling back will show a half seam due to the shrinkage of the seamless glue after drying and curing.

⑤. When performing seamless filling, you must be careful and meticulous. The joints of different hue stones must be "just right", no more or less, otherwise, defects will be left at the end of construction!

⑥. For seamless filling, the color of the colloid must be dark stone. Otherwise, the light-colored colloidal hue will be difficult to modulate and cause seamless effect defects.

⑦, special stone (Yashi white, Jazz white, fish belly white, big flower white, Slavic white and other light-colored stones; petrified wood, wood stone and other soft stone; jade; quartz stone; microcrystalline stone, etc.) must be painted before seamless filling Brush the corresponding stone antifouling agent, otherwise the oily substance in the glue will seep to both sides of the stone opening, resulting in the end of the construction, the seam will show a gray shadow.

⑧, quartz stone and microcrystalline stone cannot be opened with inferior cutting discs with high iron content, otherwise, the construction will be dark.
