The wire brush is made of stainless steel wire or low-carbon steel wire, and is mainly used for brushing hard stones such as granite. Hybrid brush is an abrasive brush made of special nylon and stainless steel wire.
Stone grinding brushes are classified into Frankfurt type (horse-shoe-shaped), round, Fickert type (bra type), etc. according to specifications; according to the number of meshes, they are: wire brush, 36#, 46#, 60#, 80#, 120# , 180#, 240#, 320#, 500#, etc. Among them, the Frankfurt type is used for hand grinders, grinding and polishing production lines, floor refurbishment machines, etc. in the industrial production of stone; the round shape is used for small manual polishing machines, floor refurbishment machines, etc.; the Fikert type is used for automatic continuous grinding machines.
