Cleaning and maintenance of natural marble stone surface

Marble floor surface
The dust on the surface of the marble floor should be wiped with a clean dry cloth frequently. Sand, dust and gravel are the most harmful to the surface of natural stone because they are granular and will rub against the surface of the stone. Putting a mat or rug at the entrance or exit will help reduce the sand, dust, and grit that will rub the floor. Usually, a person needs to walk eight to ten steps on the floor to remove sand and dust from the soles of the shoes.
The surface of other boards
You can use warm water to clean the surface of the marble, drop a few drops of nutrient solution, stone cleaning solution or mild dishwashing liquid in the water. Clean the floor with a mop and scrub the surface of other stones with a soft cloth to achieve the best results. Too much detergent or soap will leave marks on the surface of the stone. Do not pour vinegar, lemon juice or other acidic liquids directly on the surface of marble or other calcareous stones. After cleaning the board with soap, it must be rinsed thoroughly and dried with a soft cloth. The rinsing water should be changed frequently. Do not use abrasive powder or abrasive paste, because these products contain abrasives that will scratch the surface of the stone.
Bathrooms and other wet places
In bathrooms and other damp places, use rubber brushes when cleaning with soap to reduce the amount of soap foam. To remove soap suds, use non-acid soap suds remover or ammonia (about 1 gallon of water equals 1 cup of ammonia). However, frequent use of ammonia or excessive use will make the stone surface dull.
Outdoor swimming pool and courtyard
In outdoor swimming pools, courtyards, hot water tanks and other places, rinse with clean water and mild rinsing agents.
