How to deal with common faults in stone line machine

The stone line machine is an unavailable mechanical tool for producing decorative lines of various shapes. 1. Conveyor belt deviation: check whether the conveyor belt is dirty or abnormal; polish the gear to the ruler: trim off the right part.
2. The spindle rotates too fast: check whether the encoder belt of the machine is broken, and whether the nylon synchronous wheel is worn out
3. The curve of the ruler leads to misalignment of the line: Use a long ruler to directly adjust the front stainless steel strip.
4. Alarm:
(1). Emergency stop alarm, reset the emergency stop button
(2). Overload alarm, reset the blue button on the corresponding overload protector in the electric cabinet
(3). Limit alarm, if the rise is too high or the fall is too low and it touches the stroke protection switch at the back, just drop or rise in the opposite direction, or adjust the stroke switch
5. Phase failure alarm, check the main power supply or phase failure protection switch
6. Some of the polished lines cannot be thrown away: check whether the ruler is bent, whether the pressing wheel is pressed well, and the polishing wheel is not repaired.
