5. Fine grinding of cave stone (150m-6000m)
Fine polishing is carried out step by step by 150m grinding blade until the surface of 6000m appears bright.
6. Dry the ground
Air drying machine air drying combined with natural drying, check whether the marble surface color is consistent, no wet marks, tentacles feel Yingguanghua dry, the use of light curing machine quickly dry, light curing glue, and achieve light solid effect.
7. Leveling and polishing of cave stone
Repeat the refurbishing and polishing process to remove the photocured adhesive marks, and grind with a high grade polish until the surface glows.
8, Trite crystal hard processing
Spray or smear appropriate amount of crystalline material on the clean dry ground with steel wire cotton pad and grind it to an ideal brightness with weighting machine.
9. High speed polishing of cave stone
Use no. 0 steel wire pad two weighting machine as a group, the front group is responsible for distribution of grinding, the back group is responsible for polishing.
