1. Select blocks


According to the orders placed by the business, select blocks with suitable materials, sizes, colors and textures.


2. Feed


 Use a gantry crane to hoist the blocks onto the trolley and reinforce it, and use the trolley to feed the sawing machine.

 3. Sawing


The texture of marble is relatively soft and cut with a frame saw; the texture of granite is hard and cut with a sand saw.


4. Discharge


Ship out the sawn boards.


5. Lifting and unloading large slabs


Number the sawn slabs, separate them and lift them in the transfer area.


6. Glue patch and screen


 The texture of the marble slab is relatively soft. It is necessary to add a layer of fiber mesh and squeegee to the back to reinforce it, and the smooth surface to fill holes and squeegee the glue.


7. Polishing


 Polish the stone surface smoothly.


8. Receiving party warehousing


The receiver enters the warehouse and fills in the code sheet, and the quality inspection clerk enters the warehouse.


9. Large board rating


The staff of the quality inspection department determines the grade and affixes the grade seal according to the quality of the plate surface and processing quality.


10. Finished slab


Lift and unload to the warehouse for viewing and material selection.
