Three stone line processing methods necessary for stone people

There are many ways to process stone lines: the most used one is a profile milling wheel (profiling cutter), which is suitable for narrower flower lines; after the stone is cut into strips with a circular saw blade, it is milled and shaped with a milling wheel, which is suitable for wide and Narrow floral thread production; cut with a diamond bead saw, suitable for wider floral thread. In addition, there are several flower thread processing methods such as stone processing centers.

Three stone line processing methods

  1. Direct machining with profiled milling wheel. This is the most used stone processing pattern, and also the most economical and efficient method. It can process the shapes with small concave and convex lines faster. This requires a milling tool that is the opposite of the concave and convex lines to be processed in advance, and the curve is ground on the stone line machine. The grinding wheel should be prepared for rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing, which can be used in sequence.


  2, rough machining with a diamond circular saw blade, then finishing and polishing with a milling wheel. This method is suitable for those wide or narrow shapes with relatively large concave and convex lines. If you use a milling wheel to directly process a large amount of wear, use a circular saw blade with higher cutting efficiency to remove most of the excess material first, and then use the milling wheel for rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing. You can also use a multi-purpose milling machine to solve this kind of processing.


  3. Cut with a diamond bead saw, then polished by a copying machine or manually polished. This is suitable for processing relatively wide and large pattern lines. Cutting can obtain both concave and convex patterns at the same time. If the design is good, both patterns can be used in one project, which is helpful to save costs. The physical and mechanical properties that marble stone flower lines should have: the density is not less than 2.6g/cm3, the water absorption is less than 0.75, the dry pressure is greater than 20mpa, and the bending strength is greater than 7mpa.
