Hundred Tons Of Granite Stone Statue Thanksgiving Mother Love

Hundred tons of granite stone statues are grateful for maternal love. Recently, there is a statue in Chaozhou Danfu Courtyard that is 5 meters high and weighs 100 tons. It is made of pure white granite. The statue is divided into two sides, with soft curves to outline different mothers: one side is a kind old woman with a cane, the other side A pregnant woman expecting to give birth in October.
This sculpture named "En" is a work of nearly 30 years completed by Li Wenhai, the dean of Chaozhou Danfu Academy and a native of Yanfeng Mountain, based on his painting "Mother". Li Wenhai introduced that this year is the 100th anniversary of Mother's Day. The sculpture "En" with a hundred tons of granite means double hundred forever. "En" uses the two most classic moments of a woman's life and a happy smile to express the work, expressing the maternal love as broad as the earth. He chose to use thick and solid granite to solidify the beauty of his mother forever. At the same time, he hopes that the viewers can be grateful for the mother's love, and cherish the homeland and nature on which we live, so that gratitude becomes the common action of the world.
