Processing program of granite composite board
First select the marketable high-grade granite varieties, and purchase rough tiles with a size of 610*610mm (that is, tiles with no surface polished on the shaft).

1. Saw cutting wool board: the granite block material is processed into a wool board with a thickness of 14mm and a size of 610*610mm on a two-way cutting machine, and then dried.
2. Bonding: Lay the rough tile flat, face up, and apply the prepared adhesive on the surface of the rough tile and the granite wool board at the same time. The adhesive should be coated evenly and thinly, evenly on the board surface It must be coated evenly and no holes can be left, otherwise it will affect the strength of the plate, and it is easy to fracture when grinding; thin is suitable for bonding needs, just right, thick will cause waste and increase the thickness of the plate. Then, face the adhesive coated rough board face down on the adhesive-coated rough tile; then simultaneously coat a layer on top of the granite wool board and the front of another rough tile Thin and even adhesive, and then put another rough tile coated with adhesive on the granite wool board, and then press on it (you can use a heavy object such as a box of 10 305*305mm thin plates to press on it). After more than 10 hours of consolidation, it will become a composite wool board with a layer of granite in the middle and a rough tile on the top.
3. Cross-section: install the composite wool board with the upper and lower blank tiles in the middle of granite on the horizontal splitting machine.
4. Thickness control: Because the granite composite wool board is composed of granite, adhesive and rough tile, it is inevitable that the thickness will be different. Therefore, thickness must be controlled. Turn the granite side of the granite composite wool board upward, and the thickness will be controlled by the thickness control machine to achieve the same thickness.
5. Grinding and polishing: After controlling the thickness of the granite composite wool slab granite and using ten head continuous grinding and polishing upwards, it becomes a granite composite wool slab with high gloss.
6. Cutting and chamfering: After grinding and polishing, the granite composite wool board is cut into a 600*600mm composite board by a cutting machine, and then chamfering the four sides, it becomes a finished granite composite board. The finished granite composite slab has a thickness of 13mm, and the granite thickness of the composite slab is only 2~3mm. The finished granite composite board can be sold by packaging and packing.
