The first step, construction preparation
1, According to the design drawings, the field measurement line, according to the measurement results for further drawing.
2. Arrange and number the stone materials, determine the order form, prepare the processing and supply of stone materials.
3. The treatment of the matrix, check the verticality and flatness of the matrix wall, and chisel and trim when necessary.
The second step is to release the string
According to the design requirements, set out on the ground and pop out the skeleton, surface contour line and the horizontal reference line on the wall, and put the vertical channel steel line of each part.
The third step, buried plate installation
According to the position of the vertical keel channel steel, determine the position of the buried plate, and fix the buried plate on the concrete beam and wall with expansion bolts.
It is recommended that 5-8mm thick steel plate is fixed with φ10 metal expansion bolts. The upper and lower spacing of the buried plate should not be greater than 3000mm, and the transverse spacing should be less than 1000mm with the vertical keel spacing.
