Metal mosaics are mainly divided into three categories: stainless steel, aluminum composite panel, and aluminum alloy.
1. Stainless steel mosaic (stainless steel sheet + bottom ceramic particles + back net)
Advantages: low cost of stainless steel plate, low-end product price; wear-resistant, ground decoration;
Disadvantages: The color is single, mostly gold and silver, and the surface process is only wire drawing and mirror; the surface is still easy to oxidize and the color is dim, and inferior ones have rust spots. The stainless steel skin, ceramic particles, and back netting are pasted together. The particles are easy to peel off and are heavy. The installation needs to be brushed and filled.
2. Aluminum plastic panel mosaic (aluminum plastic particles + sponge adhesive)
Advantages: aluminum-plastic panels are rich in colors, and the surface processes include wire drawing, flashing, pictures, mirrors, stone grains, wood grains, etc.; the surface of the particles is protected by a resin layer, and the color gloss is consistent; the particles are directly pasted with the sponge adhesive, the lightest ; The project is simple, paste directly, no need to brush mud to fill the gap.
Disadvantages: The surface is a resin protective layer, which cannot be used as floor tiles; the price is medium to high-end.
3. Aluminum alloy mosaic (aluminum alloy particles + back net)
Advantages: All particles are made of aluminum, with guaranteed strength, and can be processed twice to make laser, phantom, spiral and other effects; wear-resistant, ground decoration;
Disadvantages: single color, no picture or other material effects, surface technology is limited to wire drawing or mirror; heavier, installation requires brushing and caulking. High price.
